I’m a pussy! I skipped my cardio this morning so now it’s time to suffer the consequences. Tonight I’m going to run 4 miles work the abs then I’ll eat a little and get some protein then workout the delts/traps. I’m not skipping the cardio damn it. I’m very pissed off at myself for wimping out. I get off work at 6pm then it’s time for training…..

ran 2 1/2 miles on Wed. night then lifted for 45min. Bi’s and Tri’s went well. I’m off on Thur. and I’ll hit the cardio at 5 a.m. on Friday yeah = ) …………. Can’t wait.

Tue. the 1st. I got up done my cardio for 40min. burned around 400 cal. and got the ab workout out of the way. In the afternoon I had "back" to do. The workout went like this.

Pull ups - 6 sets of 10 reps.

Seated rows. 4 sets rep range 8 to 12

bent over rows - 4 sets 8 to 12

db rows 4 sets 8 to 12 and last but not least - pull overs 4 sets 8 to 12. Great workout! I actually went to the gym instead of the basement. I only had to wait once not bad considering I used the squat rack for bent over rows. Had a great time and I felt pretty strong on the seated rows! Looking forward to my workout on Wed. night. I got up at 5:15 a.m. to get my cardio in on Wed. the 2nd of May. I don’t feel like I’m 35. = )

ahhhh Sunday’s workout!!!!

My workout on Sunday went awesome! I started with a warm up on the elliptical for twenty minutes then I got right into it. My workout went like this.

Incline fly’s superset with Incline db bench.

Incline bench then last but not least a great finishing move the pec deck. I got so much blood flow in the pec’s it felt great. Looking forward to Tue. Ive got my back workout and I think I’ll go to the gym instead of the basement to change things up a bit. The workout’s are going great!

last night’s workout  went well.  bi’s and tri’s.  Started with biceps then hit the tri’s my bi’s are lagging so for the next 6 months im hitting the bi’s first. Tri’s went well I started with bench dips to pre-exhaust the muscle and man did it work….

04/28/2007 I got up at 5 a.m. ran my 30min. and got the abs out of the way hit snooze 3 times I think.. oh well I still got up and got the cardio out of the way. Had my protein and oatmeal this morning and feelin good! Tonight I got delts and traps all though I think im gonna hit traps first. I’m ready to rock the delts.

Cardio 5am as usual. Im getting more and more use to cardio again I hit the snooze button twice = ) … Tonight I got bi’s and tri’s one of my favorite workouts. I plan on ripping my tri’s up tonight. I got some great soreness in the pecs from the chest workout the other day…. Felt GREAT! Lets rock.

Last night’s chest workout went awesome! Started off with more cardio on the elliptical for 20min. The workout went like this.

Started with a pre-exhaust

Peck Deck - 90×20 160×10 170×8 90×20 I was able to get a lot of blood into the pec’s during this exercise.

Incline bench to the neck - 120×12 140×10 150×8 drop set last set to 150×8 140×8 120×10 *I had to leave my ego at the door on this exercise because I normally bench way more than this but with me benching to the neck on an incline with no spotter I had to push myself and be very careful at the same time.

Incline db bench quadruple drop set - 60×12 50×8 40×8 30×12 one set. Total of three sets. This exercise really kicked my ass but man did it work my pecs.

last but not least

Incline Fly - 50×10 4 straight sets.

I had a very intense workout it felt great! I’m off Thur. so no workout today and no cardio. Lookin forward to Friday’s workout.
