Last night’s chest workout went awesome! Started off with more cardio on the elliptical for 20min. The workout went like this.
Started with a pre-exhaust
Peck Deck - 90×20 160×10 170×8 90×20 I was able to get a lot of blood into the pec’s during this exercise.
Incline bench to the neck - 120×12 140×10 150×8 drop set last set to 150×8 140×8 120×10 *I had to leave my ego at the door on this exercise because I normally bench way more than this but with me benching to the neck on an incline with no spotter I had to push myself and be very careful at the same time.
Incline db bench quadruple drop set - 60×12 50×8 40×8 30×12 one set. Total of three sets. This exercise really kicked my ass but man did it work my pecs.
last but not least
Incline Fly - 50×10 4 straight sets.
I had a very intense workout it felt great! I’m off Thur. so no workout today and no cardio. Lookin forward to Friday’s workout.
