I’m a pussy! I skipped my cardio this morning so now it’s time to suffer the consequences. Tonight I’m going to run 4 miles work the abs then I’ll eat a little and get some protein then workout the delts/traps. I’m not skipping the cardio damn it. I’m very pissed off at myself for wimping out. I get off work at 6pm then it’s time for training…..
