Tue. the 1st. I got up done my cardio for 40min. burned around 400 cal. and got the ab workout out of the way. In the afternoon I had "back" to do. The workout went like this.
Pull ups - 6 sets of 10 reps.
Seated rows. 4 sets rep range 8 to 12
bent over rows - 4 sets 8 to 12
db rows 4 sets 8 to 12 and last but not least - pull overs 4 sets 8 to 12. Great workout! I actually went to the gym instead of the basement. I only had to wait once not bad considering I used the squat rack for bent over rows. Had a great time and I felt pretty strong on the seated rows! Looking forward to my workout on Wed. night. I got up at 5:15 a.m. to get my cardio in on Wed. the 2nd of May. I don’t feel like I’m 35. = )
