last night’s workout went well. bi’s and tri’s. Started with biceps then hit the tri’s my bi’s are lagging so for the next 6 months im hitting the bi’s first. Tri’s went well I started with bench dips to pre-exhaust the muscle and man did it work….
04/28/2007 I got up at 5 a.m. ran my 30min. and got the abs out of the way hit snooze 3 times I think.. oh well I still got up and got the cardio out of the way. Had my protein and oatmeal this morning and feelin good! Tonight I got delts and traps all though I think im gonna hit traps first. I’m ready to rock the delts.
