ahhhh Sunday’s workout!!!!
Monday, April 30th, 2007My workout on Sunday went awesome! I started with a warm up on the elliptical for twenty minutes then I got right into it. My workout went like this.
Incline fly’s superset with Incline db bench.
Incline bench then last but not least a great finishing move the pec deck. I got so much blood flow in the pec’s it felt great. Looking forward to Tue. Ive got my back workout and I think I’ll go to the gym instead of the basement to change things up a bit. The workout’s are going great!
