Have been going to the Chiropractor about this neck/shoulder thing..
Skipped a week of gym, and finally went back yesterday to do the things that she said was ok for me to do. Needless to say, I didn’t get much done.
Whatever this nerve thing is, is making my right shoulder real weak. It feels like there is a 40 pound weight pushing down on my arm when I try to lift it..

Have this weird thing going on with my neck and shoulder. The back-right side of my neck is giving me a good bit of pain. So much that I haven’t gotten much sleep in the last 3-4 days. Sometimes it seems to shoot down through my shoulder and a little into the arm. Wife is gonna make an appointment with a chiropractor for me tomorrow<em />.
I’m just worried this will screw up my workouts. I’ve been on a good roll, but I’m far from finished..

Was sitting on the bench at the gym tonight.. Looking at the 100 pound dumbbells..
yea, thats right.. Im coming for you, you pair of 100’s..

Somehow, the scale gave me -4.8 pounds from last week..
Tried it 6 times to make sure it wasn’t screwing with me, got the same number..
(Made sure it was on a level square of tile..)
I’m very happy with it, but have a hard time believing it..

Had an awesome night at the gym. New personal best, dumbbell bench presses.. 5 reps with the 90 pound dumbbells…

Only -2.4 lbs on the scale this morning..
Which normally would be fine..
Except last Saturday I didn’t weigh myself, (was on vacation road trip) so this is for 2 weeks…

I finally broke out of the 270’s and into the 260’s!
Now..
Onward to the 250’s….
