Pushed Arms and Back hard today. Sitting at about 2800 Calories a day. Dropping down to 2400 when at 30 days left. Starting cardio today. Feeling great. Hoping fo the best. If not a win at least I will feel good about my body.

What up all. I've been doing great with the contest so far. Headed into week 3!! I'm down to 208 so I've hit a 2 pound loss eash week. I'm going to go from 3000 calories to 2800 for this week ust to stay ahead of schedule. If this week goes well and I hit 204-205 pounds I might go back to 3000 calories.
Had my Saturday cheat day. Not mush of a cheat, stayed pretty close to my ideal calorie intake. Watched the movie SAFE HOUSE which I liked.
Chest tomorrow/today since it's like 1:47am. Then legs, then arms. Repeat.

Optimum Nutrition Contest (75 Days Left) 2012
Had my first day off yesterday. My off day includes no work out, this allows the muscles to repair properly. So basically one day off out of a seven day week. This also includes a cheat. I stick to my calories as normal until last meal or night and eat what I want, this helps trick up the metabolism and lets your body get the needed power to push forward. Remember only once a week.
With a cheat day you may peak at some point and need to cut the cheat out of your diet and routine. For the first week on of the Optimum Nutrition Contest I lost 4 pounds.
Todays workout is Chest. This includes, incline, decline, flat bench. Also overhead press, dips, butterfly, tri's and shoulder lifts.
I'll examine my routine each week and determine if I need to add cardio at some point

2012
It's been a while since I've visited this site so I thought it was about time. Since Oct 2011 I've been bulking. I wasn't really happy with my build as you can see in my current profile picture.
I'll be bulking until April 2012. I then plan to slowly drop weight while keeping my protien intake high to maintain anything I gained in the 6 month bulk.
My bench has alreadly passed 345 and I still have time to grow..
