New Year, try something new.
I have been doing the same workouts the last 8 years. Time to shake it up a little. Sure I mix up the exercises, but it is always simple isolation. Chest/tri’s, Back/bi’s BLA BLA BLA.
I want to try 1 week of alternate workouts ie. Push Pull, cutters,Ā Strength busters and Multi muscle movements. Then 1 week of isolation. After that back to the crazy stuff. I can shake this regime up six ways past Sunday. Lets see where this goes. Thanks to SensiD, BrandiTKO, Krijafu and Jenabsgirl for the intense motivation.

Hey thanks for mentioning me! Your new w/o regime sounds intense, must try this myself, getting bored of the same old same old, think my muscles are too!
