Meal 2
5 oz tuna
2 rice cakes
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter
meal 3
1 oz almonds
5 oz chicken
protein shake
1 oz blueberries
Meal 4 pre-workout
8 oz steak or chicken
1/4 cup of whole grain rice
Meal 5 post workout
4to 8 oz of fish
1 cup spinach
protein shake
Repeat!!!
