					<description>My legs respond best to deep compound moves with higher reps of 15-20. Everybody is different and the above suggestions are great. I also prefer giant sets that move around the gym with a good pace. If hamstring tightness isn't an issue try narrow foot placement as well to work on the outer sweep of your quad. Add in some kick ass music and you are there. Thanks is good enough for me:) I love to share leg missery. LOL</description>

					<description>Self criticism is the best criticism and that's why you're in such good shape. Tina your legs look great. My legs seem to respond well to long distance running but I'm still trying to work out the secrets myself.
