Today was my first ever spin class… Ouch the burn (I love it)…
Trying to do some different things to get the legs to respond more. The theme for the spin class was sprints and hills and of course this is not known until your are set up on the bike and the instructor looks out over the class with the devilish smile and in a very calm voice relays the pain that is forthcoming…
The class was 45 minutes long and I really had a great time. I could feel the quads burning when we were doing the sprint intervals, which is what I need to get my legs to grow…

Four, all out, nothing left in the tank, 100 yard full speed dashes!!….A gift for your legs that will continue to give the affectionate burn we all aspire to have for a guaranteed minimum of three days…..Try it, you’ll never look back! I routinely race my kids weekly and the subsequent sweet muscle frying sensation is, well, just beautiful (a tear jerker if you will)….and yes I can still beat my boys, but just barely.

spin class… hell NO! i have seen the wackos that teach that class an i think i would die… Great job… better you than me…
