Blog Entry
With 5 weeks as of this coming weekend to go until Master’s National’s I am just trying to maintain my diet from the Lehigh Valley show. I am keeping cardio the same and trying to stay focused on my main goal of turning pro in the near future.
I look forward to this next show, not only because it is my first National show, but also for the experience at this level and getting to meet new people who have the same interest and goals as myself. I love the excitement and energy that comes along with competing.
In addition, getting feedback from the judges is something I look forward to at the end of the night. I think this is always a good thing to do, regardless of where you place.

also if you dont mind a quick question, how much cardio is good for tummy loss without tapping into loosing muscle?

Good question, however this would depend on your calorie intake. If you are eating every 3 hours, this should not be a problem… Eat as clean as you can. If you are eating this way your body will jump start the metabolism, as well as utilize the energy to get you all the way through your workout, without burning the mass you are trying to build… Good luck…
Also, as far as the Lehigh Valley show, it was May 26th, just a few weeks ago…

thanks for the advice, yes I am eating every 3hours now and take hydroxy cut, eat clean, and do cardio every morning now 30 to 40 mins on a empty stomach. Today marks 1 week since I have started, no results yet but I know things take time, also gave up gluten foods and avoiding fructose and having very little dairy as I supect I have a problem with these things, also bread for me is out as I instantly bloat. Thanks again and good luck with your goals, your body is top shelf and I am sure you have many titles to come.

thanks and reading your last post, I think you cardio is fine for now,, the only suggestion would be to mix it up, maybe do 15 minutes on the elliptical and try the bike for the other 15 minutes, or walking at a good pace, I also do all of my cardio first thing before I eat (about 4 am.. ) …
I think you are doing great…
