July 15, 2007First, I would like to say thanks to everyone who visits my site and takes the time to read my blog and review all the pictures; I do appreciate all the wonderful feedback and comments “THANK YOU”.
I have met a lot of great people who have the same passion and interest as myself, which makes Bodyspace a fun place to stay motivated and pushing towards my overall goal.
Speaking of my goal, I officially am down to less than a week to go for Master’s National’s. As I am sitting here typing my blog entry a thousand things are going though my mind, all of which will find their place and time to be completed this week.
The first things are will I be full enough, but at the same time be tight enough for the show. I had a photo shoot yesterday, which lasted a lot longer than I was planning. I always have my food and water with me, but the timing was off from my normal daily schedule. So today I am looking at myself, worried that I am too flat, maybe I was dehydrated shooting in the sun most of the day, or I just continue to over analyze everything…
I talked to my coach Friday and she gave me my last weeks preparations for the show concerning diet and water, so now I need to make sure everything is perfect.
As far as the workouts the rest of the week, today I do legs and cardio, Monday is cardio and abs, Tuesday is all upper body and cardio, and after that I put the feet up and cross my fingers LOL…
We are leaving on Wednesday to make it out to Pittsburgh in order to spend some time with my family, they are going to be so happy to see my daughter. With all this down time from not having to workout I should be able to post a blog before the show and I hope to have some pictures as well before and after the show.. Please check back and keep your fingers crossed for me as well…
