So i finally did it. I Went to gym, with an actual routine in mind, a log to track what i did! I didn’t realize how much a simple piece of paper could be so motivating… I find myself looking at it today and thinking "Hmmm, not much weight now but after a month let’s compare!" So now i’m really excited and can’t wait to see my progress improve. Motivation is up and i’m ready to go back to the gym tonight, and tomorrow, and the day after, etc etc! Who woulda thought a just a piece of paper could change my outlook on working out so much.

Ok, so i know that chest is my main problem area… i mean push ups are my worst enemy. So i go to the gym today and focus area is Chest. My motivation level is high, i’m ready to do some work! Well… 45 minutes into my workout my body stops cooperating with me! I want to keep going but my chest (and triceps) are saying "sorry buddy, that’s all we got" So anyway, i just had to vent my frutrations about how i am really pissed that my mental was unable to overcome my physical today. And also request anyone who might come across this blog to offer some possible adivce or tips if willing…
