Im back in Iraq and back at the gym
Saturday, November 28th, 2009Well i never left the gym. I have new goals now. I was putting on alot of mass but being in the army i still have this dam PT test i have to take. So now im down to 186 @ 15% according to the Army’s way of testing. I dont think its that bad. I started up cardio. Running on the treadmill. I did 2 miles in 13:33 not bad i was moving.
Im also working on a 500lbs deadlift also. Im at 450 for 2 reps i hoping i can be close by the new year.
I can eat all i want at the dfac but dang the food is filled up with sodium. but i guess beggers cant be choosers..lol.
