Well i never left the gym. I have new goals now. I was putting on alot of mass but being in the army i still have this dam PT test i have to take. So now im down to 186 @ 15% according to the Army’s way of testing. I dont think its that bad. I started up cardio. Running on the treadmill. I did 2 miles in 13:33 not bad i was moving.
Im also working on a 500lbs deadlift also. Im at 450 for 2 reps i hoping i can be close by the new year.
I can eat all i want at the dfac but dang the food is filled up with sodium. but i guess beggers cant be choosers..lol.

Finally i got motivated enough to breakout of my current routine and change it up a bit. My old workout, i was supersetting chest/back, bi/tri, legs, shoulders.. Ive changed up to a standard workout routine right now. im going to stick with this one until jan. chest/tri, back/bi, Legs, shoulders.
Im doing legs every 3 days since that is my weakest point by far.
Im also doing a couple of olympic lifts for shoulders and switching from barbell to dumbell for my chest workouts. im going to leave the incline barpress in and then go to flatbench dumbells. Cant wait to see what type of gains im going to get. hopefully they are positive

WOW, its been a hot minute since i been on my blog. but im back and im ready to update my whole bodyspace. Im currently in Iraq so i dont do anything but..sleep, lift, eat, and try not to get killed..sounds fun huh, well it is..lol.
Im finally ready to get ready for my first show. im looking for one after august 08 since we are supposed to be back in washington state by then..YAY..
ive been back in the gym for about 6 weeks at 100 percent following my chest surgery. Im feeling real good. im bulking up over here right now since its hard to maintain a great diet when eating army food..lol. but im excited to be back on my bodyspace and having the internet..lol. im looking forward to meeting new friends also..

Well i havent updated my blog in a minute. Well ive been back in the gym for about 4 weeks now. Going at 100 percent for about 3 weeks now since my surgery. Ive started cardio and im really seeing my body change. I havent really done cardio alot since im acutally a slim dude. But Im doing Legs twice a week now since they are my weak point. well mainly my calves are not growing but im going to give them a chance about another 4 weeks and see where they stand at

Hell yeah..today i worked the hell out of my shoulders today. I felt really good today. Still eating tons of protein i could refine my diet a little but being in the army, i dont really have time to.

YEEEEEAAAAHHH!!! been back in the gym for about 6 days now, downing protein and madd food. clean of course. Im just excited to be back from the field and updating my blog. I maintained my protein intake while i was playing army for 2 weeks but my strength really went down. Not to be discouraged though, id rather lose strength than muscle. Tomorrow ill be hitting abs and shoulders. Im so motivated right now……

Ive been stuck in the field playing army since the 1st of the month. I dont leave until the 14th so im stuck out here with no weights. this sucks big time, but im taking in my regular protein intake. oh yeah i dont go anywhere without my true mass or my blender. i wonder what is the out come of taking proteinwithout working out. i feel like im adding weight.

deadlifted today…WOW!!!! i hit a personal one rep max of 435. I left my chalk in the car, so i couldnt go up anymore cause the bar was slipping out of my hand, but i felt great. maybe i need to take more days off from the gym. tomorrow is chest and back and then to the field to play ARMY so ill be out of the gym for 2 weeks but im stacking up my shakes and bars to get me through the 14 days of no training.

hit the gym after a 2 day lay off and it felt pretty good, i had a great shoulder workout. got my protein intake back up to 180g. So im right back into the routine now..lol

i took sunday off also. it felt really good. i was shaking the sickness off, still didnt get anything but 2 protein shakes down.
