Im back again, missed almost a week of training cause I had the flu(which I know is a lame excuse but it would have drawn it out longer so im happy with the choice). Last night was delts and we hit them harder then usual.

Well…..It was back day yesterday. This is probably my favourite workout to do. I was looking forward to it all day…I only pushed out 3 excercises but I hit them hard. First up was Lat pulldowns, I do these to warm up my back more then anything, I tend to vary the grip from work out to work out but this time it was wide grip. Next up was T-bar rows…these are done Jay Cutler style. These seem to fire my whole back, I love them. Last but not least was seated close grip cable rows, I like to get a full stretch and get a big contraction at the top of the movement. And that was my back work out, check back in later for a delt work out tonight.

Well here we go…This week I start my eat right for my type diet. For all those that dont know its eating catered towards your blood type. It kinda makes sense to eat this way. I had a few light bulb moment when reading the book as Ive always wondered why certain foods eg grains and beans, had a strange effect on my body (gas, bloating, upset stomachs). This book explains why these reactions happen and points you in the direction of the food syou need to be eating. Luckiley for me Im a type O blood type which means Im accustomed to protein, which I couldnt be happier about. Have been really slack with my diet latley. Usually I get in a really good routine of preparing my food but latley time has been getting away from me (dure to my own disorganisation) but I have made time and its all starting to come together. Ill stop back in a couple of days with an update. Later
