    I had an awesome workout today. I worked on my back, hams, and abs. It’s amazing how just about everytime I step in the gym I am always stronger than last time. Either I add more weight or I can do more reps.

    I did cardio later on in the evening for 30 minutes. Just a walk on the old tredmil nothing fancy.
