I DO WHATEVER
I can’t speak for noone else because when it comes to bodybuilding I achieve results simply by doing whatever I feel like at that time. I firmly believe it’s important to be comfortable with what works for you. So some days I train my back and triceps two or three days in a row. Is that considered overtraining? Some would agree. But again, it works for me. Keeping a log of each workout session is very benefitial in tracking your progress, so I’ve heard. However, I feel it limits, restricts and ultimately henders me mentally, physically and technically. Why it effects me to that degree, I don’t know, maybe its just a mental thing that I need to push past. As of right now there’s no need to. Until then, I keep mental notes of my last workout sessions and that helps as a guide during my workouts but like I said, I do whatever.

Whatever works bro!! Its not a written law that this thing we do has to be done the same way by everyone. So if you’re happy with your progress, and you keep making gains, then you found your nitche.
(But I would say you might want to try that workout log once more….lol)

Since you’re gaining and improving on your overall, "whatever" is the workout for you.
