did the same workout as the other day.
Perfect Pushups: normal 20,12,8, 20, 12, 8. then wide position 20, 12, 8. then near postion 20, 12, 8
then some raises and small stuff with 10 lb DBs
then to the 45 lb DB for culrs 1×4, 3×2. that’s one extra set in the exact same workout. So I am getting there. I would be nice if that second set had some extra in it to be able to do the third rep.

What’s ur resting btw.sets like? This will undeniably be a factor on ur completion of the 3rd set… and with increased strength in due time. *smile*

never thought of doing the curls at the beginning of the workout. I’ll do that Saturday morning and get back to you. good idea. maybe i’ll get 3 sets of 4.
