A great workout today
I was a little sore going in - hammies. But I did it anyway.
Dead Lifts. 135×10, 225×5, 225×5, 225×5
Seated Calf Press. 2 Platesx10, 3 Platesx 10, 3 Platesx 10
Squats 135×10, 225 with quater reps x6, x6, x6
Seated Military Press 65×10, 95 x 5, 115×3, 115×1 this is a personal best for me. I am weak on the overhead, and have never worked out at 115
I then went to the rowing machine. I did 1000 meters in 4 min and 20 seconds. I was so work out, and dead in every muscle after that. I was out of breathe, and shaking - yup, i went into overload. it took a lot of water and some horizontal traction to get better.
Steam room. I noticed that the heart rate stays elevated longer in the steam room. that must be for the cooling. but I was sweating it out. it was dripping off of me like running water. the heart rate elevation is just a nice elevation. perfect for fat burning. not up there in the muscle burn world.
I had to take a shower before coming home, I was even bothering me…
