Gym night tonight

going after a short happy hour trip - not going in drunk
need some misc. leg work, lunges, step ups, presses, extensions, and curls
I have recently been working the right side individually. it seems to be helping. I am up to 125 lb extensions right side only. and when I do the squats at 315 lbs, I get more reps and no twist to the left when I start to push up
