Dead lifts 1×5 at 135, 1×5 at 225, 2×5 at 315

standing calf raises 2×15 at 155

bent over db rows on inclined bench 5×6 at 65

pullups 2×5

arc trainer 3 min at 45 = 52 cals

 

may 24th

squats

1×5 at 135

1×5 at 225

1×2 at 275

2×1 at 320

 

might start using a trainer.  Tom, is a former tennis pro. his co-workers have great respect for him, and the stuff he says makes sense.  he also has a habit of watching form - wow, what a concept.
