Super pain
It took just over 24 hours to get here. The pain is just above the elbow, on the outside of the bicep. A shooting pain. Clearly the block work got me!
Over night it got worse. I could barely sleep. Up every hour trying to adjust position so I wasn’t aggravating it. It is up in the forearms too. It hurts a little to type, and by mid-afternoon, I should be really feeling it.
Unfortunately, I cannot rest my arms. I am a pencil pusher, forearms are part of my work. I’ll have to suffer and not do any workouts related to the arms until at least Thursday.
Due to the lack of sleep, I did not wake in time to go run sprints and I did not make it to work by 8am. Thursday is the target to start that crap. (Wed I’ll be out on a mission)
