Snow Shovelling Workout
Those of you living in the south don’t know what you are missing. Beyond looking good naked, we work out so that we may be able to do things. For the first time, I have shovelled the whole thing in one outing.
The drive is 100 feet, plus a walk to the porch (30 feet), the porch, a walk around to the back of the house (50 feet), and a back patio (did it twice - once when it was still snowing, thenI realized how pointless it was, and went in to wait out the storm, came out and did it again - same amount of snow)
Great cardio and great for the arms. legs and core. I urge everyone to move to MI and enjoy the snow shovelling workouts. Plus, if all of you move here, you will create demand for land, and make my house worth more money - great for me.

You guys are all wrong….get enough of it in the gym….pave everything in the summer….then get a pickup truck with a plow. That’s just what I did and "am doing’ today in Maine. And oh yea…a dog to ride in the seat next to ya. Carefull!….no snide remarks!

Easy snowblower workout for me today.
OK, I had to use a shovel for the areas that the snowblower just could not get into

As we can see, snow is a great work out. Jeff is getting a leg workout (gas and break pedals), and the forearm workout isn’t too bad either (steering wheel).
I am with Jeff on the sidekick, dog is much better company than a nagging, talking too much, has to pee every 5 minutes, pair of breasts.
But when you get home, lock the dog out of the bedroom and hit it.
