Landscaping blocks workout

Sunday, November 18th, 2007

TDetroit

Well, got back to work this weekend.  Each block is 80 lbs.  They have to be caried from the pallets, up a little hill, down the other side, set in place (and many taken out and set again).

Did 8 blocks when I woke up this morning.  Yesterdays work must have really torn it up.  I couldn’t go on.  So I came inside and rested.  When I went back out, I brought a glass of creatine with me.  drank that, and went to work today.  Total for the weekend is somewhere in the neighborhood of 75 blocks.

 time to rest.

I have the alarm clock set to WROF 101.1 FM.  You can get it online at wrif.com.  It is not the station it used to be - tooooo much Nirvana and STP and new crap.

Anyway, they check out all the new magazines for the month.  Today they talked about Cosmo.  Article: 75 ways to make sex better (written by a woman).   They laughed at it as much as me.   What is wrong with women’s magazines.  Maybe women really are not that smart, that’s why they need the women at Cosmo to help them with simple stuff…. wait that doesn’t make any sense.

Mind blowing Sex: Lesson 5: Vulvodynia

Sunday, November 11th, 2007

TDetroit

Whaaaat!?!

It looks like a made up word.  It’s not.

the question is:  Is it real?

Let’s start with what is it.

the Doc’s and Med students out there might want to tone it down a little.  I am a salesman, so I am trained in explaining things in very simple sumations capable of producing higher understanding.  doc’s on the other hand speak a foreign language.

Vulvodynia is a "condition" where women find sexual intercourse somewhere between unenjoyable and painful.  they don’t like sex.

Condition, because there is no visual difference between vulvodynia sufferers and non-vulvodynia sufferers.  Therefore, it is not a disease, or ailment.

So what causes the condition.  Doc’s don’t know for sure.  Here is a partial list.

  1. Chronic yeast infections
  2. Rape and sexual trauma
  3. Mental stress
  4. Fear of ?
  5. (and this one is my own) can’t telll the difference between pleasure and pain (this counts as vulvodynia - you’ll see)

Yeast infections - It goes like this.  the yeast infections create a super-sensitivity which cause pain during intercourse.  Well, doc’s now you are going to get hell.  If you provide a woman with the pharmaceuticals to cure her infection, then why does she still have it.  I have often wondered why Doc’s do not simply overload the system with pharma.  I know, you are afraid the natural bacterias which keep the woman healthy long term will also die in the process.  Think about it, "natural" bacterias means they will grow back.  So just kill it all off at all costs.

2.  Rape and sexual trauma (including car accidents and such which cause damage in the sexual area)  the theory here is that, even though there is no visual proof of damage, there is a super sensitivity.

3.  Mental stress - she’s stressed over something and is not enjoying the sex.

4.  Fear of ? - who knows what things people imagine, but the fear causes her to not be able to relax and enjoy it.

5.  Can’t tell the difference between pleasure and pain.  Yup, some women just can’t let go.  so they psychosomatically convince themselves that sex hurts.  Now they have an excuse for their unhealthy sexual behavior.  The NOW is the biggest cause here.  They have worked hard for many years to educate women that all sex is rape (see number 2).  As a result, women are trying to find an excuse to not give up control, and therefore avoid the Big O.

So where do we stand.

It is not good.

Most doc’s do not believe it is a physical condition, it is all mental.  Furthermore, Doc’s do not believe it is a mental condition worth bothering a shrink.  the the prescription ordered by the Doc’s - "go home and learn to enjoy sex".

Personally, I would prescribe the shrink route.  I have already said I would overload the yeast infection problem to make sure there is no possible way for return visits, and unless there is a real physical difference after rape and accident, I would assume all the parts work the same, and therefore the problem is in the head.

A woman uncured of vulvodynia will not likely be able to sustain a marital relationship until death.  The stress of divorce cannot be a healthy thing, and can result in future illnesses and visits to the Doc…..

… which is the reason why Doc’s don’t treat it.  More visits to Doc’s = more money for Doc’s.

Lesson 6: Male technique

Lesson 4: Male Anatomy: The Goods

Monday, November 5th, 2007

TDetroit

Yes Ladies, the moment you’ve all been waiting for, the medical diagramming of the male anatomy.

Before we start:

1.  The reason we are going over this topic, is because the women’s Magazines are giving useless advice to women regarding MIND BLOWING SEX.   Some nonsense about lighting candles and such.  That all works to help women achieve mind blowing sex, but it doesn’t do much good for men.  When you light candles, men will have to go around and make sure the candles won’t start a fire, then and only then can they effectively engage in sex (and that is only assuming that the inspection does not cause an arguement)

2.  This lesson is only the what, not the how.

3.  the reason for discussing anatomy is to consider "If all are built the same, then why is stimulation perceived differently by so many people"

Having said that, here is the pic:

 http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/imagepages/1113.htm

 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Male_anatomy.png

So what are we sorking with.

The penis - including the glans - this is the most known of the organs.  However, most people do not know what the glans is (it is the end aka: helmet, head, tip, etc.)

Scrotum - including the testicles - note, the testicles do not produce the testosterone - T is produced by the leydig cells which are attached to the testicles but not a part of the testicles.  The scrotum also contains a lot of other parts and peices.  It is afterall a bag, just like women fill their purses with everything under the sun, men fill their scrotum witht he same - better for us though, we can never loose it (unless our wives take it away from us for being bad)

Prostate- The gland that produces a portion of the semen.  This is where the salt comes from.  The prostate is also a bit of a vacuum cleaner, men have the added prostate to cleanse the body of bad chemicals (this helps the liver)

Seminal Vesicles - The rest of the semen comes from these 2 glands attached to the bladder.

Vas Deferens - this is the tube that connects it all together.  It averages 30 cm long.  Consider, each sperm must travel the vas deferens through a hole in the pubic bone, through the bladder to the seminal vesicles, where it catches up with the semen, then to the protate for more semen, and the final to the penis, down it’s lenght and finally out.  This journey makes columbus finding the new world look easy.  Whoever designed this must have been high, reproduction of the human specie is truly a miracle.  Ladies, if you are looking to reproduce, chosse the “short” man.

Bladder, again, if filled to the exact level, it will lightly press down upon the prostate and cause sexual stimulation.  As a matter of fact, this is how men keep from wetting the bed.  At night, the bladder slowly fills, creating a stimulation to the sexual organs, stimulating the penis to erection, and shutting off the urinary tract.  That is actually ingenious, only a man could’ve thought of that (why would a woman care), thus proving God is a man.  lol

OK so what do we have.  There are really only two points of stimulation here.  The prostate and the penis.  The scrotum is a point of stimulatin, but only because of proximtiy to the penis, if a woman touches the scrotum, she must obviously be near the penis and that is stimualting and exciting all by itself, but the scrotum is not really stimulatable (please do not read this and decide not to touch it - we still want that).  Be gentle here.  Testicles and all the other parts hanging off of them are very sensitive.  When we were in Chicago, we saw another woman’s mag.  This time the article was by a man (’bout time) and one of the pieces of advice was to not surprise a man by grabbing the scrotum and squeezing.  (Don’t squeeze it even if it is not a surprise)

How do you sitmulate the prostate?  Very carefully!  The perineum can work here.  It is not direct, but if you rub there, the organs and glands between there and the prostate will move around and and cause stimulation.  There is also a way directly to it through the anal canal (thus explaining male homosexuality).  You’ll probably have trouble going that route on a straight man.  Note about the prostate:  it is necessary for men to ejaculate, the garbage in the prostate must be pushed out (ejaculation is the only method) some scientist clain failure to ejaculate can cause prostate cancer (though there is not a line up of priests at the hospital to prove this theory).

The penis, not much to here.  If a woman acknowledges the presences of the penis we can call it stimulation.  More accurately, the sensitive part is near (but not) the glans.  The glans is actually almost nothing.  Note in the second diagram however, the urethral opening is larger in the glans.  Now the vas deferens and urethra are tube lined with muscle.  Now for the engineers out there, what we have is a cows nipple. Squeeze and then pull.  This creates air pressure inside and pulls the semen through the system causing sensitivity.  So the sensitive spot is on the under side of the penis, just before the glans.  That’s the engineering way to tell you where it is at, now let’s check with the author…..

“Well, I don’t know…

 Let’s seee….

…..

…..

YUP, THAT’S THE SPOT."

OK, we have confirmation on that point.

(PS:  Listening to George Thoroughgood and the Deleware Destroyers right now: One Bourbon, One Shot, and One Beer)

Now let’s take 10 men, and one woman (I vote for Maddi) (lol)  In our experiment, the same woman wil provide the exact same stimulation to each man.  I am sure the opinions of the stimulation will be unanimous with maybe some thoughts as to betterment at the most.

Point is, male orgasms are 90% physical, and 10% mental.  Female orgasms are 30% physical and 70% mental.  The 10% of a male orgasm that is mental is only if he is tired or distracted by work or other commitments.  But even with all that, the orgasm is not in jeopardy.  For women, the nightly orgasm can be ruined 16 hours earlier (in the morning 10 minutes before the man even get’s out of bed).   Apparently the candles went out and that upset her.

Next time, dificultites.  Our first difficulty is vulvodynia - is it real or mental?
