Can’t seem to get back on track.
The eating is very chaotic. I don’t get the right macros, and nothing seems to get me back on track. Of course, I have been taking advantage of theprovided lunches at work, and those can mess you up.
So, tonight, I will need one extra protein shake to get somewhat close to the macros I am targetting. I think I will need a few more days to get things going. I am not getting used to the school schedule, or I should say the little ones are not getting used to it. They seem to always be running late.
They spend way tooooooooo much time combing their hair and picking out the right clothes to wear for the day.
I am off to my blender, to make a wonderful vanilla whey and mixed berry protein shake….
