Went for a walk with the family
there is a community trail near our house. half mile to get there, and we walked a mile down the trail, then all the way back.
Not so easy though. My daughters both insisted on wearing the wrong shoes, so they were slow. My boys are boys, so they exhaust me just thinking about them, let alone going on a walk with them. And we took the dog.
The dog is still a pup at 1 yr old. She is interested in everything. she pulls and tries to go off the road and the trail. I kept her on a short leash, and pulled her back when she got out of line. Now my aram is sore along with my legs.
All in all, a good cardio event to start my levelling out to a cut. I had good protein today, I was high on fat, but I believe I was active enough for that to not be a problem. Besides this is the last official day of my bulk, now I am on clean bulk before the cut.
The idea from here is to lose 10 lbs fat, while gaining 10 lbs muscle. That’s about what it would take to reach the goal. I stop creatine this week, and I am considering Amino Acids for the rest of the way through the transformation. what do all of you think?

Don’t know about the aminos, but think it’s so cool you got your cardio with the family…your kids MUST be younger…my teenagers wouldn’t be caught dead on a hike with me…at least not around our neighborhood, lol…enjoy it!!
