the bottomless pit has upped the goal cals per day.
Instead of 3200 cals per day, I will now go for 3600. 175, here we come.
Now, all I have to do is figure out how to eat that much without going broke.
Any ideas?

up the fats, almonds etc… cheap quality calories.
NOW makes a product called Carbo Gainer, 7lbs 50gram carbs per serving $14 for the tub and you get about 60+ servings per tub.
