I am tired.
I quit! I am done working, time to go to the gym. Get the leg day I missed yesterday. I’ll do my abs in the morning, and then arms tomorrow night with the deads and misc. Friday off. Saturday abs, Sunday upper body. I hope a week like this doesn’t happen again until next week.
I made some serious gains in the career this week. I wish I could do it more often.
