I like working out in the morn better, I feel more awake.
Today I had to go to traffic kangaroo court. Funny, but the city atty does care what the violation is, every person got their ticket reduced to impeding traffic, 0 points, no affect on insurance. He doesn’t even need to confer with the paperwork processor. She just fills it out and sends it to the cashier who asks for $130 (without looking at the paperwork). This proves it was never about the violation, it’s just about the money.
So I did my abs this morn, because my court time was at 11 am, and I had time to kill.

I quit! I am done working, time to go to the gym. Get the leg day I missed yesterday. I’ll do my abs in the morning, and then arms tomorrow night with the deads and misc. Friday off. Saturday abs, Sunday upper body. I hope a week like this doesn’t happen again until next week.
I made some serious gains in the career this week. I wish I could do it more often.

Missed my workout last night due to work. Back in office today, will probably miss my sons award ceremony (it’s one of those where they give awards to every kid), due to work. Might get in to gym late tonight if I get it all done.
Traffic ticket court tomorrow, appointments at night, maybe no workout tomorrow. Possibly Friday will be a makeup day.

I feel good this morning. 3 day weekend is over, got some rest (I worked in the yard) and had a picnic, and ate like a straving man. Gained a whopping 2 lbs. Get this, I woke up weighing 164, ate breakfast and checked the e-mails, got my son off to school, went back to bed. Woke up to get the other kids up and lost 2 lbs. How does that happen?

We marched in a parade today. The Federazione Abruzzese del Michigan was our group. We are Italians with origins going back to the province of Abruzzo in Italy. Every year we march in the Memorial Day parade with our float decorated in the flags of US, EU, MI Abruzzo, and Italy. A huge display, and a crowd favorite, because we have old musicians and singers playing Italian songs and American patriotic songs like God Bless America and The Star Spangled Banner. It is a large group, and getting larger every year.
Then we have a picnic. You haven’t been to a picnic until you’ve been to an Italian picnic. The food, the wine, the soccer. It’s the best.
Next I came home and did some work in the yard. Got out the kids pool to begin setting it up. Has a hole in it, so I need a patch kit. Built a fire in the swamp to burn some fallen trees, that’s a cool work out. It makes me hurt all over.
Dinner, lots of food to gain mass and weight. The wife is mowing the lawn as I write. It is her cardio workout. Next we will play bocce, she almost has it done.
Good night all, and remember, if any libs tell you the US military is a bunch of terrorists: punch them in the face repeatedly, declare it as an act of war, and take it to the Supreme Court. It is your right to defend your country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I would do it again in a heart beat. Don’t tread on my colors! And the next time someone calls the US military a bunch of terrorists while in my space, that person is going to need reconstructive surgery. WE ARE NOT THE TERROROSTS IN IRAQ. GEORGE W BUSH DID NOT ATTACK THE WORLD TRADE CENTER. AND ROSY O’DONNELL IS A BIG FAT PIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That being said it is Memorial Day (not that the Democrats care). Today we honor those who have fought valiantly and gave their lives so we could have a voice, even a voice to disagree with giving the people a voice (although I think it is incumbent upon every red blooded American to smash the mouth of anyone who voices that opinion, people like Nancy Pelosi and Harry (the crook) Reid). MY MOTHER taught me that if you can;t say something nice, don’t say anything at all. So Nancy, Harry, Hillary and Barak need to shut their pie holes. As far as body building, I lost all 5 lbs. I am back to start. It wasn’t intentional, it just came off. I was trying to eat, I even made all 3400 cals on 2 of the 4 days since my last post, but it is so easy to lose the weight (sorry ladies), even when I don’t want to. Had a good lift yesterday, pumped more than ever before. I am definitely getting stronger. My wife noticed my legs are getting bigger. Here’s a thought, maybe somone is fooling with my scale.

I did all the things I had to do, and managed to eat, and managed to not kill anyone with bad breathe.
When I got home, I did my sprints on the street, and then did some arms. The arms workout was not that good, I didn’t have enough weights and I don’t own a BB, so the routine was eh… Tonight, I will do abs and deads, so I will add some arms to get it back.

How to get in my meals, and conduct client meetings, and go to my son’s parent night at middle school, all without the opportunity to brush my teeth. Definitely not necessary to brush before a meal, but absolutely necessary for afterward. Hmmmm…
Anyway, I won’t be able to go to the gym after all that, because it will be too far. So I will use stuff around the house to emulate the gym and be able to work my arms.
This will take brains. Does anyone have a spare brain I can borrow. I promise not to over use it.

Also pushing up weight like never before. I have upped almost every excercise in my plan, and at all body parts. I can even do a full 3×10 of declined situps, can’t wait to start adding resistance to it.

141. I went from 243 to 141, 120 is considered too low. Most people don’t even know there is such a thing as too low cholesterol. Anyway, I go from243 to 141 in 1 year. doc doesn’t have any concerns.
So I called a client, opthamaulogist, to ask who he would recommend as a primary. He gave me 2 names. I think I’ll get the ball rolling on someone new real soon. First Q will be: are you willing to work with me on body building and not tell me to change my "want?" The last thing I need is Mr. I went to college so I get to tell you to remain scrawny, to be my Doc. I want the "yep, this sounds exciting, let’s see how buff we can make you," Doc.
Tonight, abs and legs. Time for dinner, another 500 cals coming in….
