I changed things up and did back on Monday and chest and tris on Tuesday.I always done chest on Monday. I can`t believe that I was able to change up ,after all these years.I`m going to stick with it for a month and see what happens.

I did back and bi`s today.I love doing back,you can really stack the weight up and push yourself.I love that really tight and pump feeling I get when I`m done doing back.Plus it`s a great lead in to doing bi`s,because your bi`s have a nice little pump from heavy back.I feel 10times bigger when I`m done.

Leg Day!!! My legs are killing me. I added a little something extra today. After I was done my normal leg workout. I put on my weight vest and picked up my heavy bag and did some crazy front squats.

Just got done doing legs!!! My legs feel like jelly now . You know you had a hell of a workout when you are done!!!You have to care of your wheels ,remember they hold everything up.
For the ladies ,there is nothing more sexy then a woman with a nice round butt from squating!!!!

Have you ever had a day when you just didn`t feel like working out?Today was my day,I waited to the last minute and was about to say the hell with it.Then I made myself get up and headed to the junkyard(that`s what I call my basement gym).I got it in and when I was done. I was so happy I did it!!!
So guys and girls when you have one of them days,just knock it out,then pat yourself on the back!!!

It`s Monday and later this evening ,thousand of male and female gym rats. Will be heading to the gym and hoping to find an open bench. When I use to belong to a gym,I was the same way.LOL,The leg and back equipment would be wide open,but I would be right there asking someone ( How many sets do you have left?) Old habits are hard to shake.I`m going to go against the grain , tonight when I head to the basement.I`M goin to do legs (NOT)LOL!!!

A friend who also lifts , ask me if I wanted to go hiking. We went to this place called Hawk Mountiain.DAMN, what a workout,we were hiking for over 4hrs. Walking down into the valley and hiking up huge hills. I had a backpack on,with about 15lbs of stuff in it. My whole body was spent.
I have a new found respect for real hikers ,who hike 3 to 4 times a week. I never knew how hardcore hiking is.

I love them!!! I do chest 2 times a week. The second time I do chest ,it`s an all dumbbell workout. The power hooks help out so much. Most of my stains and spains would come from trying to get the dumbbells into position to start my set.They help out so much ,plus I use them when I do dips with weights. I do dips with a roman chair,so a chain belt and plates come down to low. I hook the dumbbell to my weight belt with my power hooks and dip to I fail!!! If you work out alone get some ,you will love them!!!

I`m so pissed,when I placed the order I know I ask the guy , did they have it in stock. It`s been over 2weeks so I just called and he told me it was on back order. I canceled my order,but I`m really pissed because I saw one on craigslit aweek ago. http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/spo/387010507.html This is better then the one I had on order. I hope it`s not to late.

I did chest today and had a nice workout. The Powertec bench is nice and solid,plus it folds up to save space. My girlfriend is happy as hell. Now she has her own bench and doesn`t have to deal with me leaving weights on the bar. The powerhooks are great, I use to go through hell getting dumbbells in place to db press. For you guys and girls who have home gyms and like to go heavy db bench press. Buy some powerhooks,you will be so happy you did.
