HA I’ve missed an entire month of blogging
I told myself a month ago I was going to blog everyday….well that didnt happen. At least I’m keeping up with my wo’s anyway.
Today was 30 min intervals on the elliptical, level 2 for 1 min then level 7 for one minute then onto abs:
decline crunch:

DB Side bends:

Obliques on ball:
10 x 2
leg raises with exercise ball
10 x 2
Yesterday was legs and I’m disappointed that I’m not feeling it today:
Single Leg extensions:
40 x 10 x 1
50 x 10 x 1
60 x 8 x 1
70 x 4 x 1
Seated Hamstring curls:
70 x 10 x 1
85 x 10 x 1
100 x 6 x 1
Leg press:
190 x 10 x 1
210 x 10 x 1
250 x 10 x 2
Hack Squats:
180 x 10 x 2
270 x 10 x 2
Glutes:
50 x 10 x 1
70 x 10 x 1
90 x 8 x 1
Calf press:
190 x 10 x 2
230 x 10 x 2
Been faithful to my wo’s since Jan 5th and I’m not seeing any results. Really cleaned up my eats the last 2 weeks and still nothing. Trying to not get discouraged, but I will not be able to wear my summer clothes if this stuff doesnt get moving. Its harder for me as a non smoker to lose weight than it was as a smoker. CRAZY!!!
