I just dont have the equipment at home that is at the gym, so I make the best of it when I cant get to the gym.
One legged ball squats:
40 x 10 x 1 set
Front lunge:
40 x 10 x 3 each leg
Military press
7.5 x 12 x 1
10 x 10 x3
Hamstring ball curl
10 x 3
Paired with
Crunches
10 x 3
Paired circuit:
side lateral raises
10 x 8 x 3
Upright rows:
10 x 10 x 3
50 walking lunges
No cardio today, no time!
