I told myself a month ago I was going to blog everyday….well that didnt happen. At least I’m keeping up with my wo’s anyway.
Today was 30 min intervals on the elliptical, level 2 for 1 min then level 7 for one minute then onto abs:
decline crunch:

Yesterday was legs and I’m disappointed that I’m not feeling it today:

Been faithful to my wo’s since Jan 5th and I’m not seeing any results. Really cleaned up my eats the last 2 weeks and still nothing. Trying to not get discouraged, but I will not be able to wear my summer clothes if this stuff doesnt get moving. Its harder for me as a non smoker to lose weight than it was as a smoker. CRAZY!!!

Started with cardio, 15 mins backwards on the elliptical, 15 mins on the ubike

Gosh, I’ve been lifting 62.5# on my bench for what seems like forever!!!! Well I think I am finally ready to add a little more!!!

Well its the start of week 4 of my personal 12 week challenge. No change, not in measurements and not in inches. Very very discouraging. I’m waiting for my Tosca Reno book, thinking that may be the problem, although I’ve always thought I was eating pretty clean. I’ve given up Diet Pepsi (ugh) and cut my sweetener use in half. I really didnt think it would be an exact science. My wo’s are on 6 days a week, 3 are HIIT and 3 are weights. The first 2 weeks I was doing fasted wo’s at 4 am, last week was seriously just too tired to get up at 4 am. My doc says I am depressed and prescribed anti depressants, I’m not going there, I think if I were depressed I wouldnt care about my body. Good grief. Trying to stay positive, I know that smoking really messes with the metabolism but I’ve been quit for 14 mos, should be normalizing soon???

So I decided to try an Oxygen wo, I will be doing this for 4 weeks to see how it goes. Its 5 exercises, 10-12 reps, 2 mins rest between each set, each time you do it you lower the rest time. I totally have no balance so I had to do bw for some of these, hopefully that will get better as time goes on. My butt and legs are on fire right now!!!
Step ups on bench

Not a fasted wo or a 4 am wo. Took a personal day today, thought I had an eye infection, seems I have a scratch on my eye. So I slept in and did a wo later in the day:
