if you dont know what a 2week cycle is and you take pre-workout and creatine type suppls. you should listen up! Its where you lay off all suppls. except protein powder or multi-vitamin etc..for 2 weeks… purpose is to flush all the creatine and crap out of your system and make your body not rely on it… body will create testosterone to compensate( theres proly a whole lot more to it.. but thats all i know lol) yea i started doing it on back day.. i thought it was going to be very hard to still do and keep up my same pace in the gym! Doing Latbar pulldowns.. i could actually feel my muscles hurt and work! I absolutely loved the challenge though because it was just my body putting up the fight to whoop the weights ass.. not the supplements!! It was extremely tiring though.. i sweated a hella lot more than normal and after every set i was huffing and puffing so hard lol.. guy looked at me thought i was gonna croak hehe
But i can alrdy tell that this 2 week break will shock my muscles… I recommend it!
p.s Everytime that im in the gym now starting couple days ago… i developed this twitch in my eye brow… it is just jumping and twicthing… wth is it?

Ya… i have just recently shaved my chest and armpits! Now, I have those damn red bumps [so called razor burn] they really piss me off cuz of the itching.. i did apply lotion afterwards too.. But think the problem is.. is a dull razor cuz i sometimes have to go over the same spot 2 or 3 times! So i just bot a new 5blade gillette razor and some senitive skin shaving cream… hopefully all as well
But if you have any tips or secrets let me know.. im dying here lol

Heres a great tip! i just did it on myself… If you ever have a knot, kink or a pain in your back and you dont wanna pay for a massouse.. you should get a pad and a golf ball. Lay on the golf ball.. where the knot is and just grind on it slowely… omg i did it on my whole back even on my horrible knot.. wow it feels great now! It may be painful but after you get up its a hella good relief

Couple days ago i had an assessment done up at my Gym! weighed in at 176lbs, my lean Body Mass is 167lbs ^-^ and Bf is at 5% WOW i had no idea my bf was so low….. ive been dooped by my piece of shit scale lol… its been saying i was at 18%

Omg what a workout.. 29 sets of 9 excercises… fuking dead i am right now! it was just like my bakc lat workout i put in my workout tracker except 1 more exercise and more weight! gotta cut back on sets before i die lol
