Slacking off.. Again!?

Yes… But I have a reason!

Easter holidays, and no form of transport to the gym… No excuse as of next friday though!
Taking my CBT so I will be able to ride my moped, yes a moped, to the gym.

Going to be in the gym this wednesday coming as well, just will have to beg the parents for a lift home! Haha.

Well soon I will also be joining a new gym called Elite Fitness, in Yeovil, which has so much more weights than the current gym I am at, due to the current being more of a Cardio Fitness Suit…

Bodybuilding ’shed’…

Looking into building my own shed, well a slightley upper market version, for my equipment… Ultimately saving on gym and petrol money. Going to start drawing it up tonight, not sure of size yet but hoping to fit a new bench in, squat rack, dipping station etc. Oh and ofcourse a source of music for that extra ‘go’ and perhaps even a T.V. wired up to show some bodybuilding!

Enthusiasm problem.

I am slowly falling into the same trap as so many others around me are, that I am not making the gains I would like to make, so my enthusiasm has dropped dramitacally.

I think it mainly has something to do with that I have been bodybuilding since I was around about 12-13 and muscle growth and recovery was so easy. Where as now I am just about to turn 16 at the end of the month and I feel as though my whole body has just said ‘i’m turning into an adult, so I shall grow muscle like an adult, f*****g slow’

This has just ruined my positivity I used to have in the gym and I actually end up shouting at myself, and asking my friend, also my spotter, to also shout at me to get my reps done.

So any words of encouragement from anyone would be greatly appreciated people, just to get me back on track.

Knee Injury

Well after a week of resting… absolutly no sports or gym, I am finally ready to return to the gym on thursday.

It’s really quite scary, as I have never had to stop working out before, that my muscles, especially my legs, all of a sudden just shrunk down. Probably just need pumping but that will soon be sorted as I am goingto work my arse off in the gym this week to make up for lost time! Haha. Well, wish me luck :)
