It has been one year to the day since I began my "body challenge". During this year, I had good and bad moments, but I have never lost sight of my short term goals and final goal. I know that I have already made a quite a good way and I am proud of me.
Nevertheless, without you all who encouraged me and motivated, I would not doubtless have succeeded and I thank you with all my heart. ^_^
Now, I am very motivated to attack this second year of training which opens in front of me and I am sure to arrive at my final goal in December, 2010 !!

I began again since three on Sunday my work of photographer of cows of Hérens for my site www.reinesdherens.ch. When I began this activity five years ago, I always finished the totally exhausted day and I put easily three days to recover. Although it is the cows which fight, physically I also look of my person. Because I move a whole afternoon, sometimes a little more, to put on knees me (not to disturb the public behind me), to get up, to walk around the bullring and especially to pay attention seen at which cows do not still look where they go when they fight.
Now, things changed since I train regularly. Naturally I am always tired, but I noticed that I less have pain in legs and in back and I get back much better. I also have more self-assurance and confidence in myself, I am more ashamed of my body even if it is not completed yet. There is always a negative point that is my weight, to me to persevere with my training and a health and clear diet.

Attention : I reassure the friends of animals, of whom I am a part, that the cows of Hérens are born fighters, that they establish the hierarchy in their herd in this way, it is their natural instinct. During the fights, if a cow injures itself, she is removed, of even if she do not want to fight their breeders pay very attention on them.

On last Saturday, a close friend said to me that I became more and more good-looking. A so kind compliment is not a great motivation!?!
I wonder what he will say when I shall have reached my final goal (lol) ^_^

February had been perturbed because of a very strong flu, I was able to take back the training on March 2nd. Naturally, because of this forced break, my body statistics were not good. I was satisfied in no way moreover, but I know that it is not good to train by being sick, the flu would have even lasted longer. It is thus with the big enjoyment that I took back the road of the fitness at the beginning of March.
In the middle of March, my coach had modified my program. But the fact of having only a single session of body-building was not convenient for me, that opposed me even! Meanwhile, I changed coach, because mine owed left the establishment. I thus saw again my program with my new coach who is a man with a lot of experience. He restored both sessions of body-building a week (once the bottom of the body and once the height of the body). Both sessions of cardio (cardio intervalley and course of body combat) a week are maintained and I shall make a session of cardio intervalley of more Saturday, if I do not work on Sundays.
From my part, I try to eat most healthily possible, to make 5-6 small meals. Besides, we find more and more vegetables and different fruits the beautiful days having returned, it is easier to make good small meals with fresh season’s products. I take well my supplements, in particular Nutrex Lipo 6 which is very well convenient for me, I feel the positive effects, especially side energy and of the percentage of body fat, it is really great!
Now I need to stay concentrate on my short goal : pass and stay below 100 kilos. ^_^

Every Thursday I have a body combat course. It’s a very hard cardio exercise and this today was more than ever, I passed my limits and have stopped few secondes to find back some air. But it’s not dramatic, I’m so happy to be capable to do this cardio activity and see my progress Thursday after Thurday. ^_^
