Nov 3- Training {Biceps/Triceps & HIIT}
Today marks my daily blogging that I am starting. I haven’t been very faithful in blogging but I think it will be a good way to keep myself accountable and to track my workouts to ensure my progress is going the way I want it to which is forward!
Today I’m gonna knock out my biceps/triceps, throw in some ab work and finish it all off with some HIIT cardio. Let’s do this!
I’ll come back later and blog how I feel after my workout tonight.

I am doing one of Stevep78’s workout too…today I did chest, abs, and HIIT…loved it! How do you like it? Results?

@ Eric- I love it!!
I have come so far in losing body fat and as far as my strength. I can lift so much more than I ever thought I could and it is only the beginning! He is amazing! Which plan are you on? His workouts are intense but I wouldnt have it any way. I always say.. GO ALL OUT OR GO HOME!
