Nov 3- Training {Biceps/Triceps & HIIT}
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009Today marks my daily blogging that I am starting. I haven’t been very faithful in blogging but I think it will be a good way to keep myself accountable and to track my workouts to ensure my progress is going the way I want it to which is forward!
Today I’m gonna knock out my biceps/triceps, throw in some ab work and finish it all off with some HIIT cardio. Let’s do this!
I’ll come back later and blog how I feel after my workout tonight.
