Sprints it is- starting 12/30/2008
Saturday, December 27th, 2008ok with the feedback that I did get back I am going to try spints 5 days a week maybe work myself up to 7. That might b e too much. I will just have to see how my body feels at that point. I am going out to buy a measureing tape and will post my measurements and we will see how well this sprint thing does. I really hope it helps lean me out along with my hard workout that I already do. I am really excited and can’t wait to see results.
On another note I started taking Super B Complex vitamins knowing that I need the extra B vitamins and the energy alone that I get from them is amazing!! If you feel like your dragging then try popping one a day. It could mean you are lacking them.
