Sprints it is- starting 12/30/2008

ok with the feedback that I did get back I am going to try spints 5 days a week maybe work myself up to 7.  That might b e too much.  I will just have to see how my body feels at that point.  I am going out to buy a measureing tape and will post my measurements and we will see how well this sprint thing does.  I really hope it helps lean me out along with my hard workout that I already do.  I am really excited and can’t wait to see results. 

On another note I started taking Super B Complex vitamins knowing that I need the extra B vitamins and the energy alone that I get from them is amazing!!  If you feel like your dragging then try popping one a day.  It could mean you are lacking them.

Feedback wanted- Sprints or Rotating Stepmill…aka Monsta!!

Okay … I am wanting your opionion on what you think will lean out my legs more… 

  1. Sprints- I would do 8-1 2sprints where I go 1 minute running at 8 MPH and then walk for 30 sec or…
  2. Rotating Stepmill- I do 30 minutes on the fat burning setting…

I would love as much feedback as possible.  Merry christmas!!

Hey everyone… I am having a really bad day which in turn that is making me not want to work out; however I am not going to let this get to me.  I will go workout after work because it will make me feel better about myself and my life.  I am going to do back/biceps followed by at least 30 minutes of cardio.  Any encouraging words are welcomed. :)

okay so today I was SUPER pumped to go to the gym.  :)   I had an awesome workout consisting of abs and cardio.  I was drenched when I left the gym which is what I like.  I did tons of ab work and hopefully before too long I can post some great progress pics up.  I also did the rotating staircase for 30 minutes on the fat burner mode.  That thing is a freakin monsta!!!  I am feeling so good today!!!  Who hoo!!!  I am gonna make it to my goal.  I can feel it and taste it.  :)

Bicep/Back + Cardio (AM)~ Legs + Cardio (PM)

Okay so I am freaking sore today due to my workout yesterday.  It is about 9:30 AM and I am leaving shortly to head to the gym to work biceps/back and 30-45 minutes cardio.  I am hitting it hard at the gym again doing a 2 in one workout.  First sets will be heavy weight 4×8 and once I have completed that I will re-do the complete workout with lighter weight 3×15.  I feel so pumped right now.  I will let you know how I feel when I get back.  Until later…. :)

Ok so I went back to the gym this afternoon and worked legs. I feel like a monsta!!  LOL…I am really working it in the gym trying to get my ass tight and toned!!  I think this just might work out with me doing 2 a days and also doing 2 workouts at once.  I won’t do it too long since I don’t want to get too burned out.  :0  Tomorrow I am going to do cardio and abs.  Where has the weekend gone???  I think I need another day.. Until tomorrow…

I had a really great workout today.  I literally did 2 workouts at one time.  I worked shoulders/abs today.  I did 4X8 of heavy and then did the same workout again doing 3×15 with lighter weight.  I was literally exhausted after and it was all I could do to go out and get a salad for dinner tonight.  I feel so lazy yet I worked out really hard.  I am doing the same thing tomorrw working biceps/back in the AM and then I am going back to do legs in the PM plus cardio (rotating staircase).  It kicks my ass!!!  Until tomorrow….
