Day's wide open
Yesterday went well, although a busy day. My diet was great, but only was able to get about a 1/2 hour of zumba in. Today is another day. Looking forward to getting some working out in. I think I am going to start with yoga though, my muscles need some stretching out. Then walk for a bit, bike for a bit and back to wii zumba. Then maybe some resistance bands. I love days off.
