But those are the ones i need to remember….

Squated today

Doing squats tuesday, and deadlifts thursday and both sundays

Doing the same weight i’ll do sunday, except thursday full squat for 5 reps instead of 8 which i’ll do sunday.

Same as deadlift on thursday pretty much.

Cardio on a life fitness elyptical
lvl 10 2.02 miles in 20 minutes… Was exhausted by the end of the day… kinda a bad day in the gym

Not sure how i wanna work out my schedule for the week

Thinking either always heavy on bench like today to finally get my bench back up over 300 agian

Or do a Heavy day 3-6 reps, Medium day 8-12 reps Then Lighter day 15-20 reps

On chest days which are 3 chest days a week

And chest days mean shoulders and triceps also
