Leg Day

DEEP full squats 3×8 225
Stiff leg dead lift 3×8 115

Deadlift 3×8 245 <– Way to easy next week need to atleast go 265 or more

Leg extensions 3×12 70lbs

calf raises till death 4 sets 2 different machines

Abs… Then cardio

20 minutes 2.52 miles
Leg day is usually quick since squats and deadlifts are just so bruta except for im still keeping eveything light and working my way into the heavy weightsl. Its nice getting done quickly but i have nothing else to do in the day so we just hang out there forever haha.

Next week picking up the cardio for 25 minutes for distance, and starting sprinting training, for UW indoor meets.

    Absolutely no back soreness….
    Last week i did 2 sets of 305 for 11 and was sore for almost a week!!!
