Just started Squating
Today first time starting a real squat workout and going to stick to it.
So im working my way into it
Hitting 225 for 3 sets of 8
Wow sounds almost like what i can do with my bench!!!
Im not maxing out, but still, its pretty lame since i can do that with a bench press.
But squats are such a big excersise and after never doing them… Its something im going to SLOWLY work into and add weight.
Starting to feel like an old man….
Where were the days where i never needed to warm up or work into something and just max out all the time….
