Bench Workouts

Bench on the charts seems like its decreasing… I never liked bench calculators… Especially the ones used on bodyspace.

3 workouts ago i did 215 for 12 says i can bench 315
2 workouts ago i did 225 for 10 says i bench like 305

today i did 235 for 7 and it says i bench 287….

But for sure i know i can throw up 215 for 12+ tommarow no problem, but no way in hell put up any 315 bench

    I hear you man, i am putting up 110 kg 8 times now and BB calculator says i should be able to do 150, no way in hell!!! i tried 125 kg the other day and i did it but i could not have done 130 kg that is for sure.
