					<description>Wow I think you had kind of an epiphany there! The reality is people like us eat with a different mind set then you “naturally skinny” people who eat with simple gratification were as I can seriously admit I am gluten eater! I would have eaten the whole thing then went looking for another because I would use the food as a means rather then a means to an end. I personally believe the myth of some people have extremely faster metabolisms is in realty just BS because even thought naturally skinny people eat what they want, they actually only eat the non-healthy food till they are satisfaction rather then till the stomach is stuffed and cant take any more hence why almost all “hardgainer” articles start with EAT EAT EAT! In reality these people don’t really eat a lot but what we as gluten see is they are eating the things we can not because it would make us fat but they eat half were we would eat like 10 of them!</description>
