Over the last two weeks or so, I have started lifting twice a day on my days off…this works out to about 3 days usually. (I work 4 on 4 off). I also throw in some cardio for good measure. I have also increased the amount of food I eat on these days, but wow, I am eating like horse! So far have been able to keep it fairly clean, with some variety. I just thought I would try this out for a bit…see what happens. Oh, and I am forcing myself to take days off to give myself time to recuperate…
Any thoughts??

So yesterday my trainer and I decided to measure all my 1 Rep Max’s….I was pretty happy with the results and look forward to tracking them on here….just wish there was a leg press option instead of just the barbell squat…..so if anyone reads this, no, I did not squat 1140lbs! I just put it there for tracking purposes!

So today I was going through all my laundry…and just threw out anything that said XXL…great feeling!
The next time I wear XXL it will be because of my massive upper body…..errr…maybe in a year or two!! haha
