19 May 2008 i left San Diego for a scheduled 6 month deployment onboard USS CHANCELLORSVILLE (CG 62). To make the days go buy i plan on hitting the gym at least twice a day and making do with the weights we have here. I tell you one thing, dieting will be no problem eating Navy chow. We’re out to sea 30+ days at a time before visiting a port, so i have nothing but time. I just have to make sure while i’m in these ports I don’t go crazy and forget my goals. I’ve recruited a couple guys here that’s helping me work out so i won’t be to lonely in there…lol. Stay up, see yall in 6 months.

For a while i lost my motivation and was lifting just because I knew i needed it, but i wasn’t doing the specific exercises that would get me the gains and definition i wanted. Anyway, after a few comments from friends on this site and my fellow Navy Sailors, i’ve found my mojo and i’m back in it. I won’t have time to compete this year and that’s due to my Navy obligations, but i’m doing the extend off season routine of just bulking up and gaining as much mass as possible. I’m now 227lbs at 15% bodyfat, not bad, at least to me it ain’t. So, thank you guys and hopefully i can compete in the San Diego Classic in March 2009. Holla!!!
