Legs. legs. Summer 2008
Wednesday, February 13th, 2008Hey, like many of us in the cold weather climate, I am looking forward to the spring and summer weather!! I am working on my legs and would really like to see more definition. I think I need to step up my cardio a bit. Maybe to three days a week from the two I am currently doing. Don’t want to lose too much muscle. I am thinking about doing legs twice a week. Any thoughts on this? I appreciate your feedback!
