Six Pack 2008 Update..
OK…definitely seeing progress…especially the obliques!! Adding weight to my sit ups and leg lifts have definitely made a difference. Need to clean up the diet a bit in the next few weeks. So far , so good!! I’ll have to post a pic when I’m done!! Yikes!!

Nice..Can’t wait to the the six pack. Summer will be hear before you know it then you can go to the Jersey Shore and show it off!!

I WOULD DO MORE REPS VERSUS USING LBS. WHY I SAY THIS IS BECAUSE LBS. USED WITH ABS/OBLIQUES MAKES THEM LARGER IN APEARANCE…..DON’T BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT.
p.s. MAKE SURE THAT U ARE DOING THEM AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE CAUSE THE CORE IS COMPOSED OF SLOW TWITCH
